Mr. El Leithy has been in business for more than 30 years working for different multinational and local organizations in Egypt, Gulf, and Europe. During his business career, he led different functions including sales & marketing, fund raising, business consultancy and general management. He successfully worked across different industries which is widening his business scope. Mr. El leithy has been supporting several companies whether as a direct employee or as a business consultant. During his 20-year business career with Xerox, he got several awards from Egypt, Europe, and USA. Among these awards, he got the “Xerox Corporate President Award” which is the most prestigious award in Xerox world for his marketing initiative “customer first program” to increase customer loyalty. He also worked as the general manager for Kandil Steel where he succeeded to lead the company to more than double its business and to cross the ceiling of 2.0 billion Egyptian pounds. He also worked as the general manager of United Engineers where he helped the company to launch the first online synchronous service over internet using Centra platform. This initiative was rated as a “world-wide Benchmark” and case was presented in Boston in front of the company dealers network. He has helped several NGOs to boost its fundraising capacity e.g. Misr El Kheir, Life Makers, Solar Energy Association of GIZ, and Baheya hospital. As for business consultancy, Mr. El Leithy has helped several companies to reengineer and automate its customer interface processes to improve its business. For example, he led the “GM Difference” implementation of GM Egypt to be more customer centered. He also, helped El-Ajou group in Saudi to restructure its customer-interface touch points to improve its customer experience and customer satisfaction. Besides, and since late nineties, Mr. Eleithy has been conducting several training courses in Egypt and Gulf through different organizations in the Middle East including American University in Cairo, American Chamber in Cairo, Arab Academy, Orascom Training & Technology, Promark, Insight, CariZma, and ARAM. Currently, El Leithy is teaching marketing, sales negotiation skills, and strategic management in MBA program of Arab Academy for Science and Technology, and strategic sales management in Toledo MBA Program, and James Madison Certified Manager Program through AMCHAM.
